Alexandra (Ally) Rodriguez, LCSW
I’m Ally Rodriguez, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with a passion for helping individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered. I bring warmth, structure, and a collaborative spirit to therapy. I help clients navigate stress, relationships, and life transitions with more clarity and confidence. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable being themselves with me. I’ll always listen without judgment, offer honest feedback, and adapt my tone to what you need most—whether that’s validation, encouragement, or a gentle nudge toward growth.
I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety and depression, trauma, self-esteem, identity development, and the challenges of growing up in a fast-paced world. With a background in school-based mental health, I understand the pressures teens and families face. I also work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—especially new parents, educators, individuals on a wellness journey, and adults recently diagnosed with ADHD. Whether you’re a teen, a parent, or someone entering a new chapter, I’m here to support your growth with compassion and practical tools.
My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I use elements of CBT to help reframe unhelpful thought patterns, narrative therapy to help clients reclaim their stories, and harm reduction strategies when working with substance use or risk-taking behavior. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, affirming space where we build insight, develop tools, and create lasting change. A few things I often share with clients are: “We repeat what we don’t repair,” “You teach others how to treat you,” and “When people show you who they are, believe them.” I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they heal, grow, and learn to trust themselves. I’d love to support you on your journey—reach out when you’re ready to take that first step.
