Bryan Blumlein, LCSW
Worried your teen or college-aged child is struggling with anxiety, school stress, or emotional ups and downs? Whether it’s difficulty managing emotions, fitting in with peers, or feeling overwhelmed by life transitions, therapy can help young people build the tools they need to thrive.
I’m Bryan Blumlein, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly a decade of experience helping teens and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, identity struggles, ADHD, Autism, and academic pressure. I specialize in telehealth therapy for adolescents and college students in New York, offering a supportive, relatable space to explore emotions, build self-confidence, and create meaningful change.
Using a down-to-earth, collaborative style, I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and psychoeducation to help clients better understand their thoughts, regulate emotions, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
Before entering private practice, I worked extensively with students managing disabilities, emotional stress, and school-based challenges. This experience allows me to connect with young people in a way that feels safe and validating—especially for those navigating transitions like starting high school, heading to college, or finding their voice in early adulthood.
If you're a parent seeking a therapist for your teen or young adult, or a student looking for support, I offer convenient, confidential telehealth sessions—in-network with Highmark, BCBS, Independent Health, Univera, and UnitedHealthcare.
Let’s work together to support your child’s mental health and growth.
